Grubhub and Seamless Promo Codes: Discounts, Spending Limits and Offer Terms

A dated roundup of Grubhub and Seamless discounts, including grocery savings, order minimums, use limits and location restrictions.

Grubhub and Seamless Promo Codes: Discounts, Spending Limits and Offer Terms

Grubhub and Seamless discounts can look generous at first glance, but the value depends on the order minimum, maximum discount, eligible order type and other limits. This roundup records offers with different terms across several years. Treat each code as a dated listing: the source doesn’t confirm that every offer is still available, and an old code may no longer work.

The newest listed grocery offer is dated November 5, 2026: code PLUS50 gives 50% off groceries, up to $20 off, with a limit of two uses. A December 1, 2025 grocery promotion offered 30% off when spending $75, with a maximum $30 discount per order and a three order limit. It applied automatically, excluded alcohol and was listed as valid until January 25, 2026. The source advises comparing prices, a useful step when a percentage discount requires a larger basket.

Read the offer as a set of conditions

A discount percentage doesn’t tell you how much you’ll save by itself. For example, the December 2025 grocery offer capped savings at $30 per order. Spending more than the minimum could increase the discount only up to that cap; once the cap was reached, a larger basket would not raise the promotion’s maximum value. The November 2026 listing similarly sets a $20 maximum and allows two uses.

Fixed dollar discounts work differently. The February 4, 2026 listing offered $10 off orders of at least $20 with code GHLD10OFF, and said it worked for pickup and delivery. The June 19, 2026 listing offered $10 off orders of $15 or more with MISSEDYOU10, but delivery only; the source also reported that it did not work for everyone. These terms make order type and eligibility part of the calculation, alongside the minimum spend.

Before placing an order, check whether the discount appears in the total and whether the order meets the listed conditions. A code may have a spending threshold, a maximum saving, a use limit, a location restriction or a requirement to choose delivery, pickup or a particular merchant. The source doesn’t provide complete checkout terms for every entry, so the listing alone can’t establish whether a code will apply to a particular order.

Older offers had narrower eligibility

Many of the earlier promotions were tied to a city or a limited group of locations. In April 2023, NYC40 was listed for New Yorkers ordering from participating restaurants: 40% off each of the next three orders of $25 or more, up to $15 off per order. The offer was stated to expire at 11:59 p.m. EST on May 11, 2023, or while supplies lasted, and was listed for delivery or pickup. A related code, NYC40PS, was described as applying to participating New York City restaurants.

Other city specific entries included NYC10 for New York City, CHI10 for Chicago and BOST10 for Boston, each offering $10 off a $15 order in the March and February 2023 updates. A separate April entry listed 10foryou for $10 off $15 or more in Chicago. The source’s offer section also lists NYC10 as “$15 off in Manhattan,” which conflicts with the earlier description of that code as $10 off $15 in New York City. That inconsistency makes it especially important to confirm the amount shown at checkout.

Regional percentage discounts were also limited. The August 2023 listing for SAVE40 described 40% off the next three delivery orders of at least $25, with savings capped at $15 per order, in named cities including Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, San Francisco, Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin and Washington, D.C. The July update listed GET40OFF for Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, San Francisco, Denver, Phoenix and surrounding areas. A May 2023 entry gave New York City users code GET40 for 40% off, without further terms in the source.

Promotions vary by merchant and payment method

Some entries applied to a specific retailer or required a particular account or payment method. A January 2024 update listed $10 off a PetSmart order of $40 or more, with no code required and up to 10 uses. An October 2025 entry offered $15 off $15 or more with SLEPTON1 and said campus dining needed to be connected, though the source expressed uncertainty about that requirement. The linked campus dining page is included with that entry.

The expired offers provide more examples of conditions that can change a deal’s usefulness. APPLEPAY was listed for 20% off, with a $10 maximum discount and Apple Pay required at checkout. SAVETHEDAY7 offered $7 off $14 for people with Grubhub+ through Amazon Prime and was listed as valid until February 6, 2023. Codes JACKRYAN and BRUSH each offered $5 off orders of $15 or more; the source describes both as usable for pickup and delivery.

For a household comparing delivery choices, the practical approach is to calculate the discount against the spending threshold and cap, then check any delivery, pickup, merchant, location or account conditions. Fees and menu prices can affect the final total, and this roundup doesn’t state those amounts. A listed percentage is only one part of the order cost; the checkout total shows whether the promotion makes the purchase worthwhile.

The source says this page is intended to be updated with Grubhub and Seamless codes and links to other discount roundups for Uber Eats and DoorDash. Since the entries span multiple dates and include expired promotions, check the current offer details before relying on any code.
